Home Changes With Heart is a Sussex County NJ eldercare company established to provide a service assisting older adults and families with the physical and emotional demands of relocating, downsizing or modifying their homes. After transitioning her parents from their home of 30 years into smaller and smaller homes and apartments, while holding a high level job in a Fortune 50 company, Home Changes With Heart's founder, Carolyn Seifried decided to apply her caregiving skills and knowledge to other families in need of help.
